Disappointing!
5.0The kitchen is just a microwave and a refrigerator, doesn’t even have a sink, we had to use the bathroom sink for everything. The couch in the living room, which I had to sleep on, was very uncomfortable and has a pillow stuffed in where the springs are broken. The air conditioner is in the bedroom and doesn’t do much for the living room for the first few hours at least not the warm and friendly place that we were hoping for.
− The rugs have no backing so they’re slippery and a falling hazard. The shower is very difficult because it’s a curtain on two of the sides, another falling hazard. One room is pretty much useless and the kitchen is not really a kitchen. Overall, we were very disappointed! We stayed at other cottages during our stay in Hawaii and they were all warmer and more pleasant than this one.

3.0Close to what I needed it. Convenient code on the door, so no key needed. Quiet if it weren't for the AC.
− Intolerably hot: small AC can only air condition the bedroom in a couple of hours if doors are closed, rest of the house is hot as hell. If there is only a sheet on the bed and the blanket is folded away, the host knows the place is hot! No view (next to a maintenance yard). So many rules! I counted at least 5 framed signs with rules I had no idea existed until I was there. The light switches make no sense. Only sink is in the bathroom. Not worth the price in my opinion: just pay an extra $100 somewhere else and be comfortable.

− Need a refit and a better air conditioning, an electric kettle would help too .
