Beautiful place in the nature for a relaxing hiking trip
9.0I will start with all the good stuff because there is a lot - location - perfect. You wake up next to a beautiful lake, and you can walk from the property to lots of hiking areas without a car or public transport. Also, there is a bus next to the hotel that goes straight to Olsztyn centre. The food is amazing - breakfast is great, and the food in the restaurant that is located on the property is delicious and not expensive. The room was huge and we had a balcony. We also had a jacuzzi, which was a great bonus. The whole place is cozy and really relaxing.
− Some of the staff do not speak English and are not making an effort to assist. We stayed for 5 nights and the room wasn't cleaned even once. We had to go to the reception every day to ask for lean towels and for toilet paper.
