Unfortunately nothing.

− The property, including my room, was in a very bad state of repair. Walls chipped, marked and a dent down to the plaster. Could only open one window as other window's handle had come off and was left on cill. Blinds cracked and broken. Utensils for cooking/eating were dirty and chipped. On arrival, found out that the garden was out of bounds as decking unsafe, by way of a note on the door. Outside area full of dirty takeaway containers, huge pot full of cigarette butts. Heating on during heatwave making the property smell worse. Fridge was dirty and smelt bad. Couldn't unpack as drawers were dirty and had remnants of food in them. One small bath towell which when wet didn't smell very nice. No hand towells. No soap and had to buy my own toilet rolls after 3 days. Bathroom mats were brown and stained instead of grey and white pattern. Could feel the springs through my mattress. Only one allocated parking space for multi let property. Parking restrictions on all surrounding streets. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

− Steep staircase with very poor lighting. Sweat smell from the mattress Worn out markings in parking bays left us wondering which bay was ours. No information in haus servicing emails for clarity.
