− Minha experiência com a estadia foi bastante negativa. Desde o início, enfrentei dificuldades no processo de check-in, que foi complicado e pouco acolhedor. A anfitriã demonstrou pouca disposição em ajudar, adotando uma postura pouco conciliadora durante nossas conversas. No dia da chegada, a recepção foi especialmente desagradável. Não houve cordialidade, e tive problemas até mesmo para acessar o imóvel e receber a chave. Como a reserva não era reembolsável, acabei permanecendo no local para evitar prejuízos financeiros. De modo geral, considero que tive uma experiência ruim, marcada pela falta de educação e simpatia no atendimento. Por esse motivo, deixo aqui minha avaliação, pois não fiquei satisfeita com a estadia.
