− Although we contacted you in advance, the information provided was incorrect: first the wrong building number, then an incorrect access code. As we received no response to our messages, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for a resident to leave the building in order to enter. Upon entering the apartment, we found it to be in a very poor state of cleanliness. I spent nearly an hour cleaning the kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom was too dirty for us to use, so we were unable to sleep there. We slept on two sofas, wearing our own clothes, as the bed linen was clearly not clean. In addition, the condition of the pots, pans, and even the cooking plates is highly questionable and does not allow for use under acceptable hygiene conditions ...

− Ofräscht, snuskigt, namnet på boendet levde verkligen inte upp till förväntningarna. Värden behöver verkligen se till att allt är klart inför nästa gäst så att det är städat och att lakan finns om man erbjuder det! Att det fanns en bastu mitt i lägenheten gjorde det bara konstigt.
Ostädat, kallt och ingen respons från uthyraren.
2.0− Ostädat badrum med sopor kvar från tidigare gäst. Jag upplevde att det var för kallt i lägenheten. Pga detta sov jag aldrig där utan reste istället hem mitt i natten. Fick ingen kontakt med personen som hyrde ut varken innan eller efter vistelsen (bokade dagen innan ankomst). Att sängkläder och handduk samt städning inte ingick i priset stod endast när man klickat in på detaljer. Borde stå tydligare.
Väldigt dåligt städat. Ofrächt. Dåligt bemötande vid klagomål om städningen.
3.0− Helt ostädat badrum . Dåligt bemötande. Skyllde på tidigare gäster utan att ta personligt ansvar.
