Comfy and quiet but bathroom set up needs revision.
7.0Lots of good things about this property but also significant drawbacks. The good stuff: wonderful location, comfy bed, comfy two seater sofa that looks out onto the canal. We were left a lovely bottle of wine - sitting on the sofa with our feet up, drinking wine relaxing after a busy day was wonderful. It has a central location but is wonderfully quiet. Very easy for the 25 Tram and Sprinter train. It was quite cold when we were there (October) and we made good use of the fan heater and hot water bottle.
− The bathroom is downstairs (beware this is via a really precipitous metal spiral staircase) next to the bedroom. However this has a toilet and a shower only - there is no sink in the bathroom. So after you use the toilet you have to go back up the stairs to use the little kitchenette to use that sink to wash your hands. This means one sink is being used for hygiene after toileting, brushing your teeth, washing your face and washing the dishes! In my opinion the owner really needs to install a sink downstairs, even if this is just outside the bathroom (effectively in the bedroom). This would be a huge improvement.

Tolle Location
10.0Tolle sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Jenny war mega hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Super Lage zu dePijp, kleine Restaurants und immer wieder Besuch von Enten Schwänen etc. Es war traumhaft den vorbeifahrenden Schiffen zuzuschauen. Sehr empfehlenswert.
− Wer schlecht zu Fuss ist, die Treppe nach unten. Aber es ist halt ein Boot und dafür normal.

10.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niezwykle odprężający widok na wodę - zwłaszcza rano. Wieczorem i w ciągu dnia można poobserwować ruch odbywający się kanałami. W pobliżu knajpki, najważniejsze punkty miasta dostępne pieszo lub komunikacją miejską. Wygodne i klimatyczne studio. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, szybka reakcja na pytania.
