Zeer teleurstellend verblijf – voel me misleid en absoluut niet welkom

− Wij hebben helaas exact dezelfde negatieve ervaring gehad als meerdere andere gasten. Wat op de website wordt verkocht als een “compleet appartement”, blijkt in werkelijkheid een gedeelde accommodatie te zijn. In plaats van een privé appartement kregen wij losse kamers in een guesthouse, met gedeelde faciliteiten. Dit is pure misleiding. De presentatie online komt totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Daarnaast was het personeel allesbehalve professioneel. Eén personeelslid was zichtbaar gefrustreerd door eigen gemaakte fouten en reageerde dit af op onze kinderen. Dat is voor ons onacceptabel. Kinderen verdienen respect, zeker wanneer zij zich netjes gedragen. De sfeer werd hierdoor erg ongemakkelijk. Ook het “inbegrepen diner” bleek in de praktijk weinig waard. Omdat wij al betaald hadden via het arrangement, werden betalende restaurantgasten duidelijk voorgetrokken. We moesten lang wachten, werden nauwelijks geholpen en voelden ons tweederangs gasten. Als je diner aanbiedt in je pakket, behandel deze gasten dan ook gelijkwaardig. Verder kloppen de beloften op hun pagina simpelweg niet. Mooie verkooppraatjes, maar de realiteit is een gedeelde locatie met beperkte privacy en service die onder de maat is. Wij voelen ons zwaar misleid. Ik raad iedereen aan om zeer kritisch te zijn voordat je hier boekt. Lees de kleine lettertjes en ga niet alleen af op de omschrijving en foto’s. Wat ons betreft absoluut geen aanrader.

Nice place, horrible personnel

The rooms were comfortable. The shared kitchen was functional and included all the necessary utensils. We met the owner of the Penzion and he seems to be nice and helpful - we cannot say it about the personnel. Walking distance from Cerny Dul ski resort and just a couple minutes from Janske Lazne Very tasty food in the restaurant downstairs

− The lady that took care of the daily functioning of the Penzion behaved in an utterly shameful and unprofessional way. On the first day of our stay she informed us that she has nothing against the Poles, but she hates children (we were staying with 7 children 1-9 years of age in a Penzion that was clearly meant for families with children - it includes playroom and a playground in the garden). She was constantly shouting at the kids (her guests!). On one occasion she told us that we have a "brothel" in our room - it was children's clothes lying on the beds and undone beds in the morning. That's our main complaint. Another, a minor one, is that one of the apartments advertised as a single apartment with a living room and two bedrooms was in fact two separate rooms without direct connection between them. It was a bit problematic, since we were staying with small children. To sum up, it would really be a place to recommend, but it is absolutely unacceptable for the staff to take out their frustrations on small children.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Komfortowe, duże, dobrze wyposażone pokoje i kuchnia. Pizzeria w obiekcie serwuje pyszne jedzenie włoskie. Super makarony i pizza bardzo dobrej jakości.
