− Немає терміналу, басейн наповнюється з гірської річки, відповідно вода страшенно холодна і насолодитись ним не вдалося, персонал постійно нагадував, що об 11 у нас виселення з номера, що напрягало. Деякий персонал російськомовний і загалом весь готель майже був заселений російськомовними (але це не до садиби питання)

6.0Чиста та доглянута Територія, вихід до річки, можливість погуляти по лісу.
− Підтвердження бронювання через передплату 100% за добу. Це власники повідомили одразу. А ось маленькі «ньюанси», що в номері немає москітних сіток, зламані ролети , потріскана фурнітура та ліжка -чомусь забули повідомити. Вирішення цих питань відбувалося через 3ю особу. Чани можна бронювати від 2х годин
