Very good value for money.
8.0Good location and value for money. Facilities were clean and room was of a good size. Staff are friendly and very helpful when asking for something that is not available in the room.
− One of the rooms on the top floor does not have an on suite bathroom and as a result we had walk out of our room and go across the hall to be able to make use of the bathroom facilities. This should be stated in the description when you book specific room.

10.0We had the most wonderful stay at York House Guest House. Debbie and Graham were the most outstanding hosts, they were very accomodating and went and above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location was perfect, close to main routes, amenities, Hillcrest Private Hospital and shopping centre's. The room was private, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The en suite with shower was also spacious with plenty of surface space for toiletries. We will definitely be back.

10.0The guest house is gorgeous, nice and clean, great location - the hosts Deborah and Graham were super accommodating, friendly and full of laughs, we had a fabulous time!
