10.0Die junge Vermieterin kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Ist jederzeit per Whatsapp bzw. Telefon erreichbar. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten eine frühe Abreise machen ( 4:30 Uhr ), konnten aber das Haupttor nicht öffnen. Kurze Nachricht an sie , da ist extra angefahren gekommen. War für sie kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist wie ein kleines Häuschen, kleine Außenterrasse hinten raus. Sauber, modern, richtig gemütlich. Parkplätze direkt dabei und sicher im Hof.

1.0− La stanza non vedeva una pulizia a fondo da settimana a nostro avviso. Due dita di polvere dovunque e la doccia e i sanitari pieni calcare. Specchio sporco e ragnatele sull'soffito. Anche lo spazio esterno era nella stesse condizioni. L'armadio non esiste, è una stanga nel ripostiglio vicino al boiler. Nessuna reazione da parte della signora dopo le nostre rimostranze scritte. Dato che era stato richiesto il pagamento non rimborsabile, dovevamo restare, altrimenti ci saremo girato sui tacchi e andati via. Inaccettabile.

Pleasant, very friendly and helpful staff!! Perfect location..near the camp we were volunteering at.
9.0− We had the smallest unit and would choose a larger unit next time. This does not reflect negatively on Ancora because it was the only unit available.
