10.0Everything, Great location, Lee & Karl are so lovely, great hosts, lovely big room , everywhere so clean, bed linen freshly steam pressed every day (lovely touch) Breakfasts were made to order & delicious & attention to detail exceptional. Will definitely be back again.

10.0The room we stayed in was fantastic very clean as was the bathroom, the breakfast was amazing fresh orange juice not waterd down both of the hosts were very friendly couldn't of asked for much more ,amazing stay.

9.0This guest house is in a fantastic location, I used it as a base to explore Llandudno, The Great Orme, Conwy and Betws-y-Coed. Spotless, modern and comfortable room and a lovely breakfast cooked to order. Hosts Lee and Karl were very accommodating and took the time to chat and ask about my day.
− Possibly a longer breakfast slot, but that's a purely personal preference so I had more time in the morning. On the plus side it meant I was up and out earlier to start my day!

10.0We loved our stay at Haversham House - our room was big, comfy and very clean. Towels and bedding smell lovely! Fantastic breakfast each morning, everything cooked to order. Hosts Lee and Karl made us feel very welcome and had some great food recommendations. We would definitely come back!
