Nett, freundlich, leckeres Esseb, Einrichtung wirkt etwas altbacken…
7.0Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und das Nachtessen war lecker. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit grosszügigem Bad im Nebenhaus.
− Leider wussten wir bei der Buchung nicht, dass wir im Nebenhaus untergebracht werden. Zum Nachtessen mussten wir mit dem Auto fahren. Der Garten im Nebenhaus mit Pool ist süss. Trotz all dem positiven fühlten wir uns etliche Jahre zurück versetzt. Die Betten waren für uns viel zu hart und die Einrichtung stammt vermutlich aus der Zeit von Napoleon. Das mag gewissen Gästen gefallen, uns jedoch nicht so.

10.0We arrived very late after 23h00. Tired and cold. The room was clean and warm and when we got in bed the electric blankets were switched on too!

Outstanding accommodation and service
10.0An outstandingly good guest house. First class facilities combined with friendly and efficient staff. Lydia the manager was excellent, giving us a very warm welcome and helping us with our luggage. The dinner and breakfast were superb and the catering staff were wonderful. Avalon is truly outstanding- one of the very best places we have stayed in our 2000 km trip.
