− Stare wnętrze, stare meble, bałagan na zewnątrz budynku, zimno w ski room, mroczne korytarze, zniszczony i nie nadający się do użytku sprzęt w sali gier. Cały obiekt do kapitalnego remontu, więc stosunek jakości do ceny zdecydowanie na minus.
