Very warm, welcoming and comfortable.
10.0We loved the service and treatment we got from Alice. She made the place feel like home. Besides the lovely room, she is who made the stay comfortable and warm.
Guesthouse nightmare
2.0Staff at the premises were very willing to try and make up for the very negative experience. Tried their best to make up for what was lacking, but could only do so much with what they are given.
− To start with pictures were very deceptive. Family room - very thin and worn our sheets torn sheets, lumpy pillows, extremely thin duvet inner. Dead flies on the floor. Staff entering the room after we have checked in and belongings are in the room without notifying before. Scratching in the ceiling... animals????. Continuoisly throughout the night. Very difficult to sleep. General appearance of the family room was shabby and dingy looking. Could not be changed. Very unpleasant overnight experiences. Double room- initially given a room that was dark, and gloomy there was an odd smell in the bathroom. Upon request the staff managed to change the room for us and we were given a somewhat decent room If it wasn't for the very helpful and accommodating staff at the premises, it would have been a nightmare.

5.0− The shower wet the whole bathroom. The light in the bathroom kept shining. The bedding ect are very old.. Very little toiletpaper.
