if you’re not allergic to cats and dogs, great place ;)
9.0Great atmosphere, easy-going staff and owners. Well located, cute garden with sitting options
− Breakfast: it lacked beans and twice I did not get scrambled eggs although we even had to write down what we wanted the day before. Also no water, only juices, no alternative options for milk garden furniture: dirty and also uncomfortable due to wires sticking out

10.0A lovely guest house with really friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing! 3 minutes to the centre of Llangollen where you'll find lots of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Comfortable for a short stay.
8.0Location close to town centre. Parking area at rear of property. Breakfast was good. Room was clean & fan provided was appreciated on a hot day. Appreciate the efforts of staff during a time when they were dealing with the passing of one of the owners. Very sad to hear.
− Lack of fridge which I know you don’t often get in guest houses, but am use to in Australian hotels. Bar of soap. Yuck! Pump soap much better. Need some drinking glasses in room.
