− It was a very cold night, had to rely on only the air conditioner. Maybe an additional portable heater could be provided.

− Kitchenette-Really ??? Dangerous steps to the bathroom Newcastle is NOT a tourist destination, but the price is fit for an Italian tourist spot - totally overcharched
