9.0Minden nagyon közel volt,kènyelmes volt a szállás.

8.0Rendkívül barátságos volt a tulajdonos. Jól felszerelt az ingatlan, nagyon jó helyen van, coop 50 méterre van, kis bolt 50 méterre, Közel vannak éttermek is. Parkolási lehetőség zárt udvarban, közel a szálláshoz (pár méter)
− 170 kg vagyok, nekem az ágy nem volt kényelmes, de egy normál testalkatú embernek bizonyosan tökéletes lenne. Szóval ez nem igazi negatívum inkább egyéni szociális probléma. Ha nagyon kell ide valamit írni, akkor azt írom, hogy majdnem tökéletes volt a tisztaság itt ott 1-2 pókháló és pók volt a szobában a falakon. De nagyon meg kellett erőltetni magam ehhez.
