Lovely stay in a pleasant place
10.0lovely quiet location overlooking park, and easy walking distance to sea front. Very pleasant hostess who was very helpful. Like other guests have remarked, great breakfast cooked to order. Would stay here again if we visited Whitley Bay.
− No fault of guesthouse but got a bit lost in one way system. Locals very helpful with directions.

9.0Very friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble for our hostess Rebecca. Very tastefully presented home. Nice big comfortable bed, bedroom decorated and beautifully furnished in keeping with the age of the house. The full English breakfast was perfectly cooked, and the home made banana loaf was as good as I'd read about in reviews. The parking permit which allowed us to park right outside the door, and the fact that the house is a very short walk to both the seafront and the town made for a stress free stay. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone seeking a quality stay in Whitley Bay.

9.0There was a good variety of food for breakfast from delicious home made fruit compote with yogurt to grilled mushrooms, tomatoes and fried egg.
