Clean environment, friendly reception, however not a comfortable stay. Expectations not met

− The bed in Noem Noem was very uncomfortable and the duvet was like the full of knobs, that left it very uncomfortable to sleep under. Although we knew that the bathroom was not attached to our room, it was very disappointing that the bathroom could not lock, the door had to be shoulder pushes closed and the lock on the inside (sliding lock) could not be properly used as it did not slide easily. On the first night the shower rose was clogged, and we took it off to have a semi hot/ more cool shower. The next day the shower rose was clean and we had a warmer shower. On the last night, there was no hot water. There was no information on the availability of hot water, clearly a communal geyser, but this should have been explained. But sleeping on an uncomfortable bed and a clumpy duvet was not a nice experience at all and overtook everything else. The front door for guest could also not close properly, this was also clearly swollen and battled to open.
