9.0Had all the facilities I needed for a good stay, staff all very friendly and helpful, food was good quality and very tasty. Very grateful for the owners allowing me to stay another night after my car broke down.
− Nothing major, just one or two little bits of cobweb on a wall in the room.

− The only small issue i had was their was no toilet roll in my bathroom that i didnt notice untill i need to use the facilities at 4am. Luckily i had sime tissue in my bag.

9.0A grand old building, tastefully refurbished by the dedicated owner. We had a very spacious room with a view over the hillside. The beds were comfortable and the shower efficient. Sue cooked us a lovely meal and was a very welcoming host.
− The town didn't have much to offer. It all looks a bit in decline. No bustle about it!

− No bath and the fixed head shower in the room. Much prefer a hand held one as ok for men but not ladies who don’t want to get hair wet.. A lot of stairs to climb with luggage .. Waitress at breakfast a little slow. I never got any tea that I asked for and wasn’t available to ask for water so asked table next to me if I could have some of theirs..No plug socket by dressing table mirror.
