9.0Our second visit, both times in advance of an event at the Newark Showground. Very enjoyable again, friendly host, lovely room and an excellent breakfast. Recommended.

I would recommend it as a comfortable and friendly place to stay.
9.0I really enjoyed being offered poached eggs, my favourite, but rarely offered. The breakfast suited me well. Sue was always friendly and helpful and ready to talk. It was handy having the pub next door for a meal on the first night.
− I was very comfortable and slept really deeply both nights. When I first saw the room, I was worried that there was no window through which you could see your surroundings. Once I was settled, this became irrelevant.

10.0We were extremely happy with willow tree cottages, the location was lovely and the cottage itself was well presented and clean. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner Sue who was very friendly. I would highly recommend willow tree cottages to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway.
