10.0Welcoming staff. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with lovely bedding. We were provided with everything we could need, the tea station in the room being well stocked with a variety of drinks and biscuits.
− Traffic noise as we were at the front facing the main road Would ask if there is a back room next time.
Amazing place to stay with great access to the town and surrounding areas.,
10.0The Victoria is a fantastic place to stay. Great pub, entertainment on a weekend, great location. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Love this place.
− Nothing to not like.
Good location. Love the Karaoke in the pub! Stayed before & probably will stay again
8.0Comfy bed. Good location.
Amazing price for what we got.
8.0The local pub and guesthouse was very charming. The staff was excellent. There was a heatwave and no air conditioning, but fans helped.
− No air conditioning, but normally wouldn’t have been an issue. Heat wave was hitting England.
Absolute Gem!!!
10.0This is a really unexpected gem. Lovely welcome and professional introduction to room and facilities. Very organised and secure with well thought security features and personalised accessibility. The floor above the bar feels very different to the busy yet welcoming bar area and sound is managed well. It smells lovely upstairs and is very comfortable and clean. The room was beautiful, absolutely spotless!! I loved the little touches, clever storage for kettle and drinks facilities and the beautiful furniture. The bed was sooo comfy!!! We ate out and returned later in the evening to an open mic night which felt very professional yet welcoming, so many good musicians. Lovely rose wine for a pub too and the lovely manager knows her stuff!! Walking distance to town, good parking and Ubers easy to find.
− Not a thing!
It's a pub hotel. Enough said
7.0Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Generous hospitality tray with fridge with 3 bottles of water. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking even on pub night. Fan provided, opening windows and adjustable heating.
− Nowhere to hang clothes. No food sadly. Didn't get much sleep due to traffic through closed windows and mushy pillows. No cleaning done so bin overflowing and dirty cups. 10am check out. Outdoor seating enclosed and unusable due to smokers
