− Nobody on hand to sort out issues, no hot water but only message service available. Poor breakfast basket, nothing fresh, no tea bags, no milk not even usual little evaporated cartons.

10.0I had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with my experience. The room was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
