− En esa habitación daban las ventanas para la calle y se escuchaba muchísimo el ruido, tanto de coches como de personas pasando.

6.0Medieval, authenthic building, location at main street. Quiet, no street noise.
− Facilities (WC water flush mechanism and bathroom lamp) not working. No fresh air intake. Rats (or mice). Dirty floors under the beds.

6.0The room was large and spacious with high ceilings. It had extra blankets which we needed. A fridge and kettle were useful. Some biscuits/jam and teabags were in the room. Our kettle leaked, but it was changed when we asked.
− The toilet had no privacy- only a shower curtain. There was no workspace to make a drink - only the top of the fridge. A main complaint was that our bins were not emptied for the 4 nights that we were there. As no toilet paper is allowed to be flushed down the toilet, after 4 nights this bin was very full, as well as our normal rubbish bin. The room was by the front door which other guests seemed to slam as they exited.
