Bad customer service and lake of compassion
2.0That eventually I was told my cabin number and code to get in, it was about 8.00pm when I had to call again as I had been trying to sort out a mix up with booking dates that the costello moonta bay cabins reception was not interested in helping me until booking.com stepped in and resolved, thank you booking.com
− After booking.com resolved the issue I was advised that within 30 mins I would receive a text with a cabin number and pin code for the key, we waited and waited, still no text even after we left the next day, I had to ring the after hours number, who just kept telling me it had been sent, so I was stranded with my daughter with no where to stay, but all of a sudden the after hours operator was able to give me the details when I was told they were fully booked out previously. Also all appliances were out of date test and tag over a year, fire extinguisher and blanket were not tagged as the date inspected and there was long hair hanging from the towel rail, there also was no DVD player as advertised but the remote was there, it was not as per the photos for what I booked

− The bathroom basin was very small, and I couldn't put any toiletries on it.

6.0− Nearest staff 20 km away in another town. Had electrical problens eventually fixed whenstaff arrived after finishing work from Wallaroo.
