Just as advertised. Great views. Scary driveway.
8.0The house is just as advertised. Spectacular views from the deck (sadly the wind break screen blocked the view from the lounge). Well stocked kitchen. Good supply of tea and coffee to start (note it’s an Aldi machine and takes its own pods - there was a plunger available). Great supply of firewood. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of heating options.
− A few things were not great - The driveway is just plain scary - very narrow and steep. If you are not a confident driver do not book here. There is a bit of important info buried in the 9 page booklet we were sent - no wifi, shampoo or conditioner (unusual). Unfortunately we did not receive the door code for the second bedroom and got locked out in the morning. But the host Karen replied quickly to my txts.

8.0Incredible views. Little bit hairy of a drive up the driveway in wet weather.
− One of the bedroom doors locked on an electronic locking system. Wasn't using the room, but it was a bit odd that it couldn't be accessed. The front gate is pretty heavy, was not the easiest to lift and open/ close.
If they took away the plastic around the balcony rails you would see the lovely view. Nice getaway but only to hang out
8.0The bedrooms were at each end of the house so good for privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of wood for the fire.
− The driveway. (Yes I was warned) The plastic around the balcony rails blocks the view while sitting down.
Superb

Lofty and lovely
9.0Location location location. Views of everything. Quiet, lovely landscape.
− Tricky driveway - but you eventually got used to it . Sorry , but a washing machine would be nice as we stayed 6 nights. I understand why - maybe limited access to a machine would be good.
Perfect place for family getaway
9.0Amazing view , well appointed house
− Was always worried we might come across someone coming the other way on the driveway
