The home is lovely well appointed. Beautiful views. Great area. Extremely comfortable for my family and myself. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and the views. Had plenty of beds to accommodate my family. The gardens and landscaping are very nice. We all enjoyed the table tennis table. Loved the Miele appliances like my own to use. Thankyou it's a beautifully renovated home That feels like home.

− That we were made aware where exactly the front door was as when you pull up to the big glass frontage you assume that is the front of the home. We were not able to find the locked box and had to ring Dunsborough holiday homes and speak to Danielle who informed us that the front door was around the other side to where we were. Then we were told the cot we required was in the laundry. We looked all through the laundry and couldn't find it. So, we rang Danielle once more and she was very rude told me to look properly she knows it's there. I told her we had. It turned out that the top facia above all the cupboards if you pushed them its behind one of them. I'm 5 foot and there was no way I would have been able to reach that a ladder was required. Tell people about the storage and maybe leave the cot where people can find it easily. If Dunsborough Holiday homes have too much on their plate and can't assist when client have questions without being rude maybe they should hire more people and sort out the stress levels. Plus, there were no extra kitchen tidy bags or toilet paper We did go and buy our own, but people need to know what exactly is not supplied it would help.
