− The entrance ramp tiles are super slippery in the rain - we all had our feet go from under us at least once. Reported to managing agents who will hopefully get non-slip coating applied.
Loved the location but would gladly look at other properties.
7.0The location and outlook was perfect. Really relaxing and the gum trees lit up at night were awesome.
− The gardens were in need of some maintenance. A very steep driveway made even more difficult by branches scraping down the side of the car and restricting doors from opening. The fireplace was visually great but as it’s on the back deck it didn’t contribute much warmth against the evening breeze even when sitting in front of it. Also a washing machine would be very helpful for families!
We made very happy memories at Sandbar and didn’t want to leave
9.0Sitting in the balcony was magical. Looking through the trees and listening to the bird song. Kitchen facilities were best I’ve ever come across in a rental. Everything you could need in the cupboard. Lovely bathroom. Lovely bedrooms.
