5.0The location is excellent and the views are great. It is a spacious home with 5 bedrooms, two with ensuites and one main bathroom. Car accommodation in the double garage was good.
− Water damage in the main bathroom that has lead to a missing downlight with damage to the ceiling and vanity cabinets. Extensive mould all through the cabinets and mould in other areas of the house on that level. Maintenance is required in the kitchen with the pantry door needing adjusting and the dishwasher door hits the side of the cabinets. Blinds are damaged or not working and the timber stairs were problematic as there isn't sufficient lighting to navigate safely. Even the bifold window in the kitchen will not open all the way. Unfortunately some areas on the house especially under furniture like the lounge was very dusty and not cleaned properly. I have been told that the property will be taken off the rental market until maintenance issues have been dealt with. I am happy to update this if and when the work has been done.
