6.0Nice little house conveniently located in the centre of Phillip Island. Quiet neighbourhood. Quite well equipped (except for missing teaspoons). Lots of toys and games for kids.
− The house felt a bit neglected and especially it was terribly dusty, one could scoop visible layers of dust from the furniture. This was inconvenient to the point that my partner had to get allergy medicine from the pharmacy. On the other hand, the bathroom was clean. Some of the furniture has seen better days e.g. the partly falling off door to one of the kitchen cabinets.

− There was a smell that was very strong, smelt like cat urine and it did not go away at all.
