10.0Comfortable beds/bedding. Very convenient location it’s close to Main Street and the beach, really relaxed atmosphere

8.0− Left roller door doesn't roll up.motor was not functioning.which meant house is not locked. Ensuite shower taps are due for washers.had to turn really hard to stop shower dripping otherwise all was good.
Quite good but not long enough as usual.
7.0− More dishwasher tablets and couple of extra teatowels, plus aircon in ground floor bedroom.

Family holiday near the beach
9.0Great dog friendly property, close to Sawtell village and great for families. The house has everything you need for your stay. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again
