10.0A casa tem um excelente quintal, pra estadias longas deve ser um lugar muito bom pra aproveitar e descansar, espaço da casa é ótimo pra família, cozinha equipada com necessário, o acesso da casa até comércio local é fácil

− Internet não funciona, tv não pega nenhum canal, geladeira fraca não gel direito, pia danificada , descolada precisamos apoiar com um tijolo para poder usar
