Lovely location but rental less than ideal due to multiple factors.

− Mould odour & visible mould in bedroom cupboards & obvious mould odour in both bedrooms in general Bathroom design was not that functional, appeared quite unusual, toilet floor got wet 100% with showering & whole cubicle stayed damp throughout day after showers despite exhaust fan being left on Limited kitchen utensils, had to ask for basics eg wooden spoon

Generally an excellent property with good facilities. Will be back if at all possible.
8.0Location is excellent as were the facilities. The property was well air conditioned.
− The wifi was poor. Needs an extender or separate connection. Not sure if this is a location (ie Mollymook) problem. The water also tasted "funny" possibly too much chlorine. Neede to use bottled water to drink. It was ok for tea.

10.0Close to the beach and backyard backs onto golf course. Shower was good pressure and the whole house styled nicely. Everything was well stocked, with a games cupboard. Walking distance to quite a lot too.
− Hot water cut out, once it was used it wouldn't reheat until 10.30pm. Whilst we understood the reasoning, being near the beach, with rain the whole time, a toddler, baby and parents, showers were necessary. We shouldn't have had to choose between a cold shower if it ran out, or staying dirty.

− The sheets on beds had a musty, stale smell No washing up liquid which is fine but not for near $500 a night.
