− An extra toilet (separate) would be good. A bit hard with 10 people and toilet in same room as shower and spa

7.0Great layout of property. Love the open entertainment area / bi fold doors. Heated Outdoor pool and downstairs pool table were great additions. Quiet overnight. Great communication with staff before.
− Having to pay for extra towels when staying multiple nights. No soaps / toiletries. Some of the bed linen has old stains (fitted sheet) Carpets need a refresh / deep clean. Squeaky staircase to upstairs bedroom, felt a bit nervous walking up the spiral with kids.
