Paradise found! Prime Seal Rocks location, with everything you need, we didn't want to leave.

Cannot get a better location! Seascape is the first property on Kinka Rd, just up from the main surfing beach (number 1), across the road from the look-out overlooking boat beach, and from the little coffee cart & post-office shop. It has everything Seal Rocks has to offer right on your door-step. Not only does it offer a second-to-none location, but the property itself is outstanding, idyllic views, an access ramp, double garage, backyard, palm trees, huge back deck-balcony with BBQ area, front balcony, modern light-filled and spacious indoors yet also able to switch to cosy when required. The hosts have gone to great effort to provide and organise a huge collection of DVDs, board games and books to keep visitors entertained if the outdoors aren't enough! A dishwasher, and all kitchen amenities are provided.

− There was no wifi and there is very limited reception in the whole area. This made communicating with our friends who were staying at Boomerang beach (about 25 min away) and intending to meet up for daily surfs / meals a bit difficult. >> If you're using google maps to navigate it only kicks in until you're pretty much off the road that leads to Seal Rocks. We each had telstra, but we had to go across the road to or for a drive to check msgs. For the price it would have been nice to have wifi included. If we didn't have to meet our friends it wouldn't have bothered us. Would be a perfect place to go 'off-grid' :)

Everything was covered. Beyond our expectations with what was supplied. Location was great. Comfortable and roomy.

− Lack of backyard (if we’d taken our kids) but large area under the house for handball/soccer tournaments.

Location is fabulous, there is plenty of space in the house, amazing view, no internet or service.

− There are too many small notes from the owners or agency with instructions and warnings all over the house. It makes you feel micromanaged, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. If there had been an internet connection, I’d almost be convinced they had cameras watching us. At some point, we became so anxious about doing something wrong that we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Additionally, the local property management agency seems to have issues with internal communication. Only one lady from their team was helpful and friendly enough to assist us in getting the keys to the house.

Lovely place, a short stroll to the beach.

Great place, a stroll to the beach and on the corner near the local shop (good for the few things you might have forgotten) and popular coffee cart. Comfortable beds, light and airy, great sunny deck out the back. Loved the extensive DVD, CD and book collection and games and puzzles for the family. No wifi, and limited mobile reception which was great because we were able to really switch off. We found if you walk across the road or down towards the beach you can get phone reception if needed.

− It’s on the main road coming into town, so there are regular cars and RVs coming past the property. Not a problem for the back room.
