Espectacular sitio para descansar y desconectarse de la rutina.
9.0Muy buen desayuno y excelentes instalaciones, cerca al pueblo y fácil acceso en vehiculo propio, buen mirador y espacio rodeado de naturaleza, la caminata por el senedero ecológico nos pareció genial, lugar seguro!!
− La piscina no es climatizada y dado al clima del lugar es muy fria, la alimentacion y las bebidas en el lugar son muy costosas y prohiben ingresar alimentos para consumir dentro de la hacienda.

8.0I loved the view and the connection with nature. The place was comfortable, with relaxing chairs in different areas. The staff were always attentive and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, and both the young lady and the young man who attended us were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
− I loved everything about my stay. The only issue I had was that outside food is not allowed. I brought some homemade yogurt for my children, and the manager informed me that it was not permitted. Although she eventually allowed me to have it, the way it was communicated felt a little unfriendly and made me uncomfortable, especially since it was food for my kids. In addition, there was not much variety of snacks or food available to purchase on-site, and I found the prices to be quite high. Because of this, I only bought a few drinks during my stay. I understand and respect the hotel’s policies, but I was surprised by this rule, as it is the first hotel where I have encountered such a restriction. I believe they could be more flexible when it comes to food for children. Other than that, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed the board games, the facilities, the beautiful views, and the connection with nature. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend this place.

− Previo a nuestra llegada el servicio fue maravilloso; lastimosamente aunque Catherine se esfuerza por estar pendiente y que los huéspedes estén a gusto los demás miembros del equipo no le ayudan: el señor encargado del kiosko a duras penas responde, le encargaron que nos guiara en el sendero y se dedicó fue a subir adelante, sin dirigirnos palabra alguna y antes mostrando su indisposición porque al ir con una persona mayor no podíamos subir a su ritmo; la señora que entregó las habitaciones nos hizo varios comentarios displicentes, cerrando con broche de oro al insinuar que nos estábamos llevando las toallas porque al hacer el checkout no se agachó a ver debajo del lavamanos (sitio donde ellos mismos las ubicaron); pedimos una entrada de chicharrones al kiosko sobre las 2PM y llegaron a las 3, unos pedacitos súper pequeños y durísimos; en el desayuno "tipo buffet" la misma señora de las habitaciones nos advirtió a todos en el lugar que no fuéramos a coger más de un pan porque estaban contados y dejábamos a los otros huéspedes sin comer; el aseo de los baños fue malísimo, de hecho pareciera que no les dio tiempo de asear luego de que la última pareja salió de una de ellas poco antes de que nos la entregaron porque los azulejos estaban todos babosos en el área de la ducha; en la noche Catherine nos dijo que había una fogata donde proyectaba aves y en realidad, en palabras del mismo señor del kiosko, sólo se trataba de escribir cosas en un papel y tirarlas a la hoguera. Finalmente, la habitación Momentos percibe todo el ruido de la carretera, en la madrugada hubo pelea de perros larguísima y luego carrera de motos, por tanto el descanso agradable de las camas, que son muy buenas, no fue completo para quienes se hospedaron allí.
