− Bathroom setup not great for more than two people
Very comfortable stay in a peaceful location.
9.0Very comfortable little house set in lovely gardens in a quiet street. Very clean and well fitted out. Comfortable beds. Short walk through to the town centre
− Lounge area is small (seats only 4 adults) but perhaps more seating could be available with a modular corner lounge suite. Front door is hard to unlock/lock as entry set is a little stiff.
I loved the house, verandah and location, the kitchen is well appointed.
8.0− It would have been great if teabags were provided.

10.0The property was absolutely beautiful! It felt so cozy and homey. The fireplace inside and out was great, along with the outdoor furniture, bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The location was so close to central Dunsborough, allowing us to walk to many places.
− There was nothing that we didn’t like! The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to perhaps warn them that when people walk down the alley way next to the house at night you can hear it from the bedrooms. It took us a moment to realise that people weren’t on the property, but just walking down the alley. It did scare us for a moment because it was late!

Dunsborough is an excellent holiday venue. The house was walking distance to the town.
7.0The property was well located - walking distance to the town centre and beach. The property had nice lawns and gardens, with a BBQ, fire pit and trampoline. The property also had a nice wide verandah. Perfect for children.
− The house was smaller than expected. The main bathroom was very small. The property did not provide a tumble dryer. Only one towel per person and therefore difficult to dry. Lack of security on bedroom 2 and 3 windows. No complimentary shower gel, English breakfast teabags, or salt provided as startup provisions.
