8.0A casa é idêntica as fotos! Porem, em razão da maresia precisa fica bem atenta a manutenção de alguns aparelhos! Na nossa visita o freezer e o congelador estavam só ventilando! Informamos e no dia seguinte mandaram um Rpz para consertar! Também é pequeno para a quantidade de pessoas da casa! Sugiro comprar um freezer horizontal! O caseiro Wellington é sensacional! Sempre atencioso para resolver todo contratempo

2.0− Quartos com goteiras, pingueiras no teto, chovia na cama, não conseguimos dormir, molhava tudo, portão da casa quebrado, sem botijão de água para beber, sem toalhas de banho, camas não confortáveis, atendimento da imobiliária muito impessoal. Inadmissível alugar essa casa nessas condições, sem um sofá para assistir tv, a casa necessita urgente de uma reforma principalmente no telhado. Terrível
