Muy recomendable si vas en auto
9.0La dueña es muy amable y cercana. Me sentí muy bien acogido. La cabaña es agradable, cumple con todo lo que necesita un viajero. Hay silencio, y Carrizalillo es un pueblito encantador.
− Tener presente que la cabaña está a 15 minutos de Chañaral de Aceituno, conduciendo en auto. No es caminable.

− Justo el día que estuvimos se corto la luz varias veces y por ende el Internet así que estábamos incomunicados

Basic but adequate accommodation in a unique region with not a lot of competition.
7.0Location is excellent, within close reach of Choros and Chanaral, and in a small town/village with a small "supermarket". The cabin is big, with three bedrooms, and with a good shower/bathroom to share. The kitchen is large, with a gas cooker and a large fridge-freezer. Equipment could be better but there is a liquidiser for juice and a few pots & pans. There is a parking space inside a garden gate although I'm not sure security is much of a problem in these samll Atacama towns. Our host was excellent and full of local advice and knowledge, and gave us one of her goats' cheeses to try gratis! A short walk or drive away you can find desert lilies and guanacos.
− The beds are a bit soft for my personal taste, but nothing terrible. Clothing and storage space in the bedrooms is a bit primitive, and more coat-hooks in every room would have been useful. A safe for laptops etc is always a good idea, even though the area is hardly a crime zone, but for peace of mind. We didn't need it, as it was springtime, but I'm not sure any heating mechanisms would have satisfied in a cold spell?
Nice and comfortable "cabaña" close to the ocean
10.0Very nice "cabaña" with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet and comfortable. There is a terrace attached to the house with a BBQ.
