6.0La ubicación privilegiada, con acceso a la playa de Tunquén. Solo eso.
− El baño estaba hediondo constantemente, los utensilios de cocina, vajilla, etc. todo grasoso o con polvo, se nota que no hay limpieza profunda. La casa está armada con mobiliario viejo (alfombras, loza, ollas, refrigerador, etc) todo era viejo y con mucho uso. En la publicación al menos no se especifica que es el segundo piso de una casa.
