9.0A casa é muito bem localizada, estava muito limpa, roupas de cama cheirosas. O Lucas é muito atencioso e prestativo, nos emprestou cooler e cadeiras de praia, fácil a comunicação. Com certeza uma ótima opção para se hospedar no rosa!
− Deixo como sugestão colocar um abajur no quarto ou uma luz indireta, unica coisa que senti falta!

10.0A casa é excelente, bem arejada, limpa e com ótima localização. Os quartos tem camas boas, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. O banheiro é excelente. A cozinha ótima para refeições. Consegui cozinhar, mas a boca do fogão está um pouco entupida. E senti falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha, como pote para guardar comida. Mas a casa é nota 10. É próximo da praia do Rosa Norte, da pra ir a pé, com comércio perto e muita opção de entretenimento como trilhas e passeios.
