7.0A casa é realmente bastante confortável e agradável para um grupo de pessoas. Ela oferece bastante conforto e espaço de convivência. O condomínio é bem tranquilo e possui, apesar de poucas atratividades, um ótimo espaço na piscina aquecida.
− Faltam algumas pequenas comodidades nos quartos, tais como comodas e aparadores, que facilitem o uso do ambiente para colocar malas, carregar eletrônicos e etc. Senti falta de uma área externa coberta para que fosse possível armar as redes mesmo quando estiver chovendo. Os chuveiros poderiam ser melhores para tornar o banho quente mais agradável.

10.0A casa é excelente, bem conservada, limpa e organizada. Tem todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários, churrasqueira, ar condicionado em todos os quartos, os colchões são confortáveis e tudo estava organizado. Voltaremos mais vezes com certeza.
