1.0− We booked the cabanas several months in advance via Booking.com. Several days before arrival, I received a WhatsApp message requesting that I transfer money through an unknown Spanish payment system to the host. I declined to make any payment outside the Booking.com system and asked whether the credit card linked to my Booking.com account could be charged instead. The host was extremely rude and, instead of trying to find an alternative solution, responded in a completely unacceptable and impolite manner, stating that if I did not pay, the booking would be cancelled. I contacted Booking.com support, who also advised me not to proceed with any external payment links. The host then cancelled the booking. I do not recommend this property

8.0calm surroundings, cozy patagonian style houses
− Owner could be more reliable and could keep agreement. The price for cabanas is in USD and I confiremd it with owner 2 weeks before arrival (payment in cash and in USD). Day before my stay I was informed that I cannot pay in USD, only in CLP and the rate given in clp was even higher than interbank rates. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I was said I can search other place to stay. I travelled with a group , without car . We were tight with time , so I was unable to search money exchangers . Finally I was able to pay in USD but holiday mood was spoiled for a while especially after reading that I can search other place minutes before arrival. To avoid misunderstandings I advise to the owner put the offer in local currency and inform guests that USD is not accepted. Despite this stressfull moment everything was great. Place is outside the city in quiet area . New,clean , nice style.
