7.0Spacious house with big beds, super nice that it opens up onto the huge garden, parking right in front. There are bunnies running around everywhere, lots of toys for kids to play with, very quiet and 10min drive to beach. Very family friendly area in general.
− The entire place is a bit rundown and needs renovation. Most of the equipment is made out of wood and lacks good finishes/maintenance, which now means that it's sharp and easy to get splinters, eg all the benches where the kids climb around on. There are a lot of bugs,so mosquito nets are needed, and A/C as it gets super hot. There is no toilet in the playshed, that's a real miss. The bedrooms need new mattreses and proper pillows/sheets. Wifi is rather slow. For the steep price, that level of maintenance and amenities was surprisingly low.
