10.0Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Dresden-Neustadt und ist trotzdem ruhig, Parkplätze sind erstaunlicherweise kein Problem und über easyPark einfach zu zahlen. Angenehme Temperatur durch dicke Wände auch im Hochsommer bei 38Grad. TOP!
− Kleine Kritik: Die Dunsthaube hat keinen Kohlefilter und ein Geschirrspüler fehlt
Ideal für einen Städtetrip
10.0Sehr schöne helle Wohnung in einer tollen Gegend. Wir haben unser Auto stehen lassen. Da wir alles fussläufig in der Nähe hatten. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Die Betten waren sehr bequem für uns, sodass wir erholsame Nächte hatten. Ganz besonders möchte ich unseren Gastgeber hervorheben. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen selbst in seinem Urlaub unterstützt.

10.0Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum oraz dworca kolejowego. Mieszkanie czyste, w pobliżu sklepy i restauracje.
− Słabe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, co przy dłuższym pobycie jest kłopotliwe (patelnia z której odchodził teflon nie nadawała się do użytku) oraz rozjeżdżające się materace na łóżku.
Ich schätzte mein Dresdener zuhause sehr.
9.0Top Lage zwischen historischer Alt- und trendiger Neustadt. Gemütlich, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
− Ich war während einer Hitzeperiode (40-42 Grad), in Dresden. Die Hitze setzte sich auch in der Wohnung fest, man kann nicht quer lüften.
