10.0I really enjoyed my stay here. Roris, the host, embraces the Dominican hospitality and warmth fully. She picked me up from the bus stop and helped me with traveling tips to go to Terrenas and Galeras. The room itself was awesome. It had a very comfortable mattress in a queen bed and I could cook breakfast for the morning I stayed there. I highly recommend staying in Samaná House. Roris will make your stay unforgettable!

1.0Nichts, haben storniert und sind in ein Hotel das günstiger, inklusive Frühstück und näher an der Innenstadt war.
− Ausstattung defekt, nur 1 Handtuch, bei Ankunft hatte das eine Zimmer kein Wasser, uns wurde erklärt man müsste auch nicht zur gleichen Zeit duschen weil es sonst kein Wasserdruck gibt und muss einen Schalter umgehen um überhaupt Wasser zu haben. Dazu lag das Haus nicht wie beschrieben 5 Minuten von Innenstadt entfernt. Man hätte keine Ahnung wie lange durch irgendwelche Gassen laufen müssen. Nein Danke. Toilettenbrille war nicht montiert, von den Wänden löste sich der putz, und die Küche befand sich im offenen Durchgang. Noch nicht mal seife oder Handtuch gab es. Nachdem ich ihr der Dame das alles gesagt habe, hagelte es ausreden. Das macht meine Tochter, heute morgen war ein Monteur da wegen dem Wasser, vielleicht hat er was abgestellt. Die Putzfrauen haben die Toillenttebrille entfernt zum putzen und nicht mehr montiert. Es gab aber auch nichts zum montieren. Dann kam die Tochter die wohl zuständig war und wieder alles entschuldigt und auf meine Einwände hat sie uns kostenlose Stornierung angeboten was ich sofort akzeptiert habe.
