Problemas de mantenimiento
1.0La ubicación y el tamaño de la vivienda eran adecuados para grupos
− La experiencia no fue buena y no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. Durante la estancia detectamos varios problemas de mantenimiento que afectaron a la calidad del alojamiento. El principal problema fue que el baño de la última planta abuhardillada tenía el desagüe atascado y además provocaba filtraciones de agua hacia el baño de la planta inferior, por lo que no pudimos utilizarlo durante toda la estancia. La incidencia fue comunicada durante la estancia, pero no llegó a solucionarse. Además, tras el check-out surgió una discrepancia relacionada con la fianza de 600 € abonada por Bizum y un supuesto problema en el mecanismo de una ventana Velux de la buhardilla. Dos meses después seguimos sin recibir ninguna factura, presupuesto o justificación documental relativa a los supuestos daños alegados. En general, creemos que la vivienda necesita una mejor revisión y mantenimiento para evitar este tipo de incidencias.
