− Jardin difficilement accessible et au soleil en permanence Descriptif de l’annonce pas honnête concernant la climatisation, qui est uniquement dans le salon; dans les chambres il y avait des ventilateurs, ce qui n est pas pareil Cuisine pas fonctionnelle, 2 chaises seulement Le salon est plus une entrée et zone de passage que réellement un salon

6.0Quiet location. Good stable shower. Functional kitchen with basics. My friend enjoyed the bottle of wine offered by the host. No wine glasses though. Working washing machine.
− Needs renovation. A/C only in the living room. Fair mattress only in one bedroom. Bad smell from the toilet and bathroom. Difficult communication with the renting agency. Too expensive for this type of apartment. Needed to get the trash and all recycling out upon check-out. Difficult to find a parking spot on the same street.

7.0La localisation, proche de la plage, des restaurants et d’une supérette. Lieu très apprécié pour pouvoir visiter l’île.
− L’accès à l’espace extérieur en passant par une petite porte et un escalier est restreint. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres mais seulement des ventilateurs, une climatisation dans le couloir serait appréciée. La salle de bain trop petite et pas assez d’étagères ou de rangements.
