8.0Fantastic view quiet location
− Most of village bars closed in afternoon
Lovely views and interesting location. Bathroom needs some attention.
6.0The view. The host was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the barbeque. Wifi was good.
− The place was infested with flies, the bathroom was very poor with hardly any water pressure. There was no kettle.
Very good
8.0the view from the balcony. Spacious place to stay.
Lovely area by day, isolated by night.
7.0The apartment was large with comfortable beds. There is a lovely terrace where you can watch the sunset. The kitchen has most of the things you need. The place is nicer than the photos on here.
− It would have been good to have coffee, tea and a bottle of water for when we arrived. After travelling for 12 hours in total, there was absolutely nothing to eat or drink in the area (Saturday night, 7pm). We also had to wait for the owner to come and let us in so we were sat on the side of a path. The flat doesn't have a sign and Google maps takes you to the other end of the street (just so you are aware). The WiFi was poor and I had to keep re-tuning the TV. I wouldn't usually bother with the TV but, although a lovely place in the day time, Playa de Aldea is dead at night. After 5.30/6pm you couldn't eat or get a drink.. Don't imagine, like I did, that there may be a small Spanish bar 30 mins walk away, there isn't. You definitely need to hire a car as the bus service isn't good and you need to drive even further than the nearest village to get food/drinks. We both love peace when we go away but this place is too remote after 5.30/6pm. Such a shame as it's a lovely area in the day.
Nice terrace and view
8.0Very nice terrace, enough space, very comfortable bed, kitchen and everything was okey.
− Light was not that cosy.
Great apartment
10.0The large, private balcony was the highlight for me. It gets sun most of the day and you can see and hear the waves rolling in down at La Aldea beach, as well as views of Tenerife & sunsets. The living area is bright and spacious. The kitchen has everything you could need including a stove top and oven which weren't listed when I was booking. The bedroom was also spacious with a huge double bed which was very comfy for my old back.
− I have no real complaints. A possible improvement might be for a more comfortable couch/chairs, but I'd happily stay again regardless
