9.0Can Sant Martí is a very large house in the heart of Vallgorguina, with plenty of parking nearby and basic amenities within walking distance, including a small supermarket, a bakery, and several bars. The house has many rooms and offers a great deal of space, making it comfortable and practical for larger groups or families. The lithograph in the first-floor corridor is especially interesting.
− For short stays, it would be helpful if a few more dishwasher tablets were provided, as this would make the stay much easier and more convenient for everyone. This is a small detail, but it would add extra comfort.

9.0Vam llogar la casa per a 14 persones al març i va ser tot un èxit. Som una família gran i volíem celebrar els 60 anys de la meva tieta. Ens va encantar! La casa té molt d’encant, és una casa amb història, així que no esperis que estigui tot nou, tot i que els banys estan acabats de reformar. En vam gaudir moltíssim, vam jugar i vam riure. Just davant hi ha un pàrquing. El poble és petit i no hi ha gaire on comprar, et recomano que ho portis tot. Això sí, hi ha una zona per caminar pel bosc preciosa. Vam fer una ruta curta de 5 km que ens va encantar. A més, el preu és immillorable pel que ofereix la casa. Tenint en compte la capacitat, l’encant i l’experiència que hi vam viure, ens va semblar una oportunitat boníssima i amb una relació qualitat-preu difícil de superar.
− L’“únic” inconvenient perquè la casa fos un 10 és que no té cap tros de jardí o terrassa. Però la resta, genial.
